As I sit in front of my computer, sipping my tea and thinking about my patients, I am overcome with the feeling of gratitude. Gratitude for my ability to serve and how I help my patients get to the place they want to be. Gratitude for my family, and how they have helped and supported me to become the person that I am, and gratitude for the deep belief I carry that no cry for help is too loud or too soft. Every person is deserving of happiness and no person is beyond help.
